Bought a second-hand digital piano at a fraction of its original value (thanks to a friend who already owe an upright and let go this hardly-used beauty), so my kids could have something decent to try their hands in some music-playing. Though it has been a busy week fulfilling orders and juggling my other assignments, it was not without any misadventure. Burnt my arm on the hot iron few days ago while making the purses and my sensitive skin condition didn't allow the part to heal well (yet). It slowed my cutting & sewing somewhat as the burn mark was on my right (and I'm right-handed) inner arm which was so prone to rubbings.

It's just our first month at the new space and we had put together 2 parties - the Halloween Party and an adorable girl named Carrie celebrated her 4th birthday with us last weekend. Enjoy some snapshots taken at both events...Carrie's mommy booked her party with us just 3 weeks before the event and I tried my best to rush the printing of her invite cards so she could spread the news in time.

I passed the first-aid course designed for children and infants! This course has more stringent requirements and passing marks than Standard First Aid (which I completed recently), hence I'm relieved that I have managed to go through the theory test and 7 practial sessions of bandage, unconscious and conscious choking, CPRs.
